Do they need an account or an app?+
No. The recipient opens the gift in a browser and taps to begin. They never need to sign up or pay. The buyer provides an email for delivery and recovery, without creating an account.
Do I need to add photos?+
No. Every gift is complete with just a name and your message. You can add up to 8 photos if you like; your photos are shown without cropping out the edges.
Can I change something after I send it?+
Yes. Verify your purchase email to return to your gift and edit its text or photos during the storage period, at no extra charge. The original gift link and QR code stay the same. The recipient’s link cannot edit your gift.
How long is my gift saved?+
Your gift is available for at least one year after payment is confirmed. The management page shows its exact expiry. Editing does not shorten or renew this period. We do not promise permanent hosting; keep your original photos and a copy of your words.
Who can see my gift?+
Anyone with the recipient link or QR code can open and forward it. Gifts are unlisted and excluded from search indexing. The recipient link never grants management access. Share only with people you trust and keep management access private.
What can I upload?+
Choose 0–8 JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, up to 10 MB each. We prepare smaller web copies, correct orientation and remove photo metadata. For HEIC, export a JPEG first. Video and personal music uploads are not included.
What is free to try?+
You can open the samples and preview your complete personalized gift before paying. Preview sessions are private and do not provide a recipient link or QR code. A one-time $6.99 purchase unlocks delivery.
