Do they need an account or an app?+
No. Anyone with the gift link can open it in their browser. They tap Open your gift to start the experience and sound.
Can I really share it for free?+
Yes. Free gifts include the complete experience, a working link, and a printable QR card. No payment is needed to share.
Can I change something after sharing?+
Yes. Your private management link lets you change your message and photos, download the QR card again, or turn sharing off. The gift address stays the same.
How long is my gift saved?+
Free gifts last 30 days after publication. Plus gifts last 365 days after upgrade. Your management page shows the exact date. Expired gifts are no longer accessible.
Who can see my gift?+
Anyone you share its unlisted link or QR code with can see it, and they can forward it. Gifts are kept out of search indexes. Keep your separate management link and recovery key private.
What can I upload?+
JPG, PNG, and WebP photos up to 4 MB and 24 megapixels each. We resize photos and remove metadata. Video and personal audio uploads are not included.
